Right to cancel (UK customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at hello@themantrabar.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene and personal care products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of soap or other personal care products that have been opened, unwrapped, used, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Condition of returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Faulty or damaged items

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
